“Day Of” for the client that really has this wedding planning stuff figured out. No need for all the bells and whistles. You have your venue and vision together and just need to know we will run the day for you!

Unlimited Phone and Email support for those moments you just want to be sure you are making the right decision.
We start working together to hash out all the formal details 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Of course, we are always there for you prior to that but detail gathering and so forth starts at this time.
We share our Master Wedding Planning Checklist with you as soon as you book so you can see what should be done when and help you stay on top of the the long to do list.
One in person meeting at the venue one month prior to see your vision and walk through it all together.
We take your timeline concept and fine tune that in exclusive software that pumps out a beautiful timeline document including location details, contacts for all key players and every! darn! detail! All vendors will be working from this document so it is essential we hash out every detail. (P.S. We believe excel timelines are so 2008!) This alone is worth the investment.
You give us the key players and your vision and we figure out outline a perfect ceremony plan prior to rehearsal date. This is KEY when you only have ONE hour to choreograph a flawless first impression on your biggest day.

Contact all vendors week of wedding to confirm arrivals, setup and teardown. These calls are crucial in assuring that everyone knows who the heck is running your big day and handling last minute questions regarding logistics, song selections, photo lists, etc. This is KEY to wedding day flawlessness.
Distribute that beautiful final day of wedding timeline to all pertinent vendors
1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal day prior to the wedding loaded with tips and we prep your family/bridal party with some ‘must knows’ so everyone is ready to rock your wedding day.
Gather all setup items at rehearsal for setup the following day.
Day of wedding oversight by ME and my trusted assistant to keep your BIGGEST DAY on point. That covers all the things couples worry about like: Setup + Onsite Boss up to 8 hours. This includes setting place cards, table numbers, favors, gift table and guest book, ceremony decor, sweetheart table decor, signage and so on. We keep an eye on all vendors to make sure they are on time and ready to do the darn thing. If you are ‘flipping’ a space like ceremony setup to lounge area (for example), we assist your venue in making sure that happens. Since we all know ‘energy is everything’, I will personally take the lead in running your timeline. That means queuing everyone up for every element the timeline (and any last minute changes) with key vendors such as photographer/videographer/DJ/Band/Caterer to ensure we are on the same page. Nobody wants to start a toast before the champagne is poured!! That includes making sure dad and mom know to be in the room because the first dances are starting soon, toasters have their speeches ready and glasses full to cheers to your new chapter and that the vendors who are capturing it all are in the room. There are so many things going on behind the scenes and, trust us, you will be SO happy that we are handling it all for you!

Week of planning package

For the client that has most things covered but wants a go to gal to ensure day of Wedding HAPPINESS! This is our “Week of” Coordination Package which includes:

We start working together to hash out all the formal details 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. Of course, we are always there for you prior to that but the timeline creation and so on starts at this time.

Two in person meeting or venue inspection to go over your plans- one to nail the timeline and details plus another to walk through your venue(s).

Also a wise upgrade if you have two separate venues for your wedding as it includes two additional onsite hours the day of your wedding. Have a LOT of wedding ‘stuff’ to setup in a limited time frame? Or maybe your ceremony and reception venues are a distance apart. These things happen so we offer the option to bring additional assistants on your wedding day. Just ask us about this and we are happy to explain how it works and pricing.

Need ceremony only coordination? This includes running your rehearsal and queing your ceremony on your wedding day. We can help!

crazy in love nightcap

This one is for the lovers that don’t want the romance to end after the last dance. We will dispatch a trusted assistant to your hotel room with rose petals, candles and even draw a warm bath for your return. No better way to say “I love you” than to carry your thoughtfulness over to your first hours as newlyweds.

safe and sound

This is the most common thing we see at the end of weddings we coordinate. The client has gifts, cards and decor that has been packaged up but NOBODY wants to be responsible for taking them to a secure location after a long wedding day. We can add on this option to deliver these items to your hotel or trusted loved ones home within 5 miles of the venue.
